Terms & Conditions

By participating in the G.A.B. Publishing Early Reader Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to participate.

2. Program Details: Selected individuals will receive a digital or physical copy of an unreleased book in exchange for completing a short written review (500 words or less) and a response to three reflection questions.

3. Content Advisory & Waiver: The book provided may include adult themes, mature sexuality, graphic scenarios, strong language, drug use, and other potentially triggering content. By choosing to participate, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily engaging with mature material and release G.A.B. Publishing and its affiliates from any liability, emotional distress, or harm that may arise from your engagement with the content.

4. Payment: Participants who complete the review and questionnaire will receive $30 via PayPal or Venmo, based on the preference provided in the follow-up form.

5. Review Use & Attribution: Your written responses may be used for marketing and promotional purposes across various platforms, including but not limited to Reddit, Instagram, and Twitter/X. If used, your feedback will only be attributed using your first name and last initial (e.g., "Alex M.") unless you grant additional permission.

6. Right to Refuse or Revoke: G.A.B. Publishing reserves the right to decline participation or revoke access if the terms are not followed or responses are deemed inappropriate.

7. Changes: We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the current version.
